Our early child care educators are truly the special people who make our program so unique.  These providers choose to work under the Infant Toddler System umbrella because they appreciate the benefits of long-term bonding, small groups, an open-door policy, and opportunities for continuing education.

All providers approved under the Infant Toddler Family Day Care system license complete the following training:

  • Training classes (4-6 weeks) – Child Development, Safety, Professionalism, and Parent Communication/Interview
  • Complete CPR/First Aid (required) and Medical Administration Training (optional)
  • Work with a mentor to learn first hand about child care
  • Complete a Criminal History Report and a Child Protective Services Report
  • Complete a TB Test
  • Complete reference check
