I noticed right away that Saeeda is a very loving individual and is perfect for children.  Throughout her mentoring, Saeeda was very active and was interested in caring for children of all ages.  She was quick to understand and accommodating to each child’s needs with compassion.  It was evident that Saeeda had a passion for childcare from the way she made sure each child was well taken care of.  She participates actively in various different activities from arts and crafts, outdoor play, and singing and dancing.  In all aspects of the children’s daily routine, Saeeda made sure she had an active role, was engaging with the children, and created the best environment to allow them to learn and grow.  I was very impressed to see the quality of care that Saeeda provided to each child and could tell that she treated each child as her own.  It is undeniable that Saeeda is very committed, patient, and caring.  I am confident that she will bring the same values to her own home day care.
