During Meena’s mentoring process with me, she had been nothing but wonderful.  She is calm and can create a fun environment for the children.  Meena participated in all of the daily activities and she lead the children very well.  The children loved interacting with her.

Meena was on time and is very organized.  She can follow a daily routine yet she can be flexible according to the children’s mood and need.

Meena will be a wonderful child care provider.  She is warm, friendly and highly professional.

Meena’s kind demeanor and warm heart were immediately apparent.  She has a wide variety of toys in her play space, and can accommodate a range of ages.  She was especially careful to accommodate to our child’s dietary restrictions, and would verify with us if there was ever a question about an ingredient.  She would also send us periodic updates/pictures to keep us posted on our child’s day, as well as give us a daily report at pick-up.  Working with Meena was a wonderful experience for our daughter.

Meena always greeted [our son] so cheerfully and with kisses and hugs.  She event sent pictures of him happily playing which was really thoughtful of her.  I could tell Meena really enjoys the work she does and cares about the children in her care.

I brought my family to meet Meena at her home and we were able to see her home childcare space.  She showed me the documentation of her qualifications as well, and thoroughly answered my questions about how she cared for the children during the day.

Meena was very kind and gentle with [our daughter], and it is evident that she really loves children (and babies).  Our daughter was happy at the morning drop off with Meena and did not seem overly tired or upset upon pickup.  Sometimes Meena would text a photo of our daughter during the day, which was very reassuring to see her and that she was happy.  Meena provided activity sheets to review what activities she had engaged our daughter in through the day; Meena was happy to take the time at pickup to tell me about our daughter’s day, what she ate, when she slept, her diaper changes, and other such information, which I really appreciated.   In summary, we had a very good experience with Meena, and I highly recommend Meena as an ITFDC childcare provider.
