In my small group family child care home, I emphasize the importance of the loving relationship that is formed between myself and your child. At the heart of my program is the belief that this personal and lasting relationship provides the best possible learning environment.

From Her Mentor
Sidiqa was very eager and prepared to gain firsthand experience of interacting with children of different ages. During her mentoring, she was very attentive and understanding with children in accommodating their needs. Sidiqa interacted well with the children and participated in various activities like arts and crafts, singing and dancing, and puzzles. She approached each child with love and compassion and had a strong desire to make sure each and every child was well taken care of. Sidiqa was very active in caring for the children and their development. In addition to raising her own children Sidiqa was an experienced school teacher. I am confident that she will bring the same dedication, love and passion to the children in her home day care.

I have enjoyed my extensive years of working with children in schools. I want to become a child care provider because it brings the best of both worlds to me – taking care of children and allowing me to stay home with my own children. I cannot wait to fill my home with children, laughter, and love.
