Welcome to My Family!

In my small group family child care home, I emphasize the importance of the loving relationship that is formed between myself and your child. At the heart of my program is the belief that this personal and lasting relationship provides the best possible learning environment. I have experience working as a teacher and a child caregiver, and I am continuing my education in Early Childhood Development at NOVA Community College.

From Her Mentor

Freshta is a very kind, polite, and helpful individual who works wonderfully with children. She is ambitious, hardworking, and always eager to learn new skills. During her training, she actively participated in all activities with the daycare children and showed great enthusiasm and responsibility. She has created a beautiful daycare setup in her townhouse basement that is well-organized, safe, and welcoming for infants and toddlers. Her daycare includes appropriate toys, learning materials, and equipment suitable for young children. I believe Freshta has the qualities, passion, and commitment necessary to provide excellent childcare services. I highly recommend her for any childcare or daycare-related opportunity.

From the Provider

I want to be a childcare provider because I enjoy working with children and caring for them. I like helping children feel safe, loved, and comfortable while they learn and grow. I believe early child care education is very important because it helps children develop social, emotional, and learning skills at a young age. Through play, routines, and positive guidelines, children learn how to communicate, share, and build confidence, which creates a strong foundation for their future learning and development.
