This training will look at the differences in using positive discipline strategies vs. punish-ment in light of research in brain development & current thinking in child development on using positive (cont.) strategies. Using participant’s experiences\, they will be able to create a foundation in which to build appropriate discipline strategies that promote children’s social/emotional development. \n
