EARLY CHILDHOOD PROFESSIONALS DAY

May 11th, 2012 has been declared as EARLY CHILDHOOD PROFESSIONALS DAY by Virginia Governor Robert F. McDonnell.  This day is to recognize ‘Virginia’s early childhood professionals [who] provide daily for many of [Virginia's] children to ensure their safety, health and well-being, and serve as role models to foster children’s educational and social skills.’

We are very proud of our Early Childcare Educators and our professional Child Care Specialists.  Read the proclamation.

We at Infant Toddler Family Day Care are advocates for maintaining a safe and fun environment in our child care homes. 

Infant Toddler Family Day Care homes do not use mesh cribs.  Drop-side cribs are not to be used due to recalls by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

In addition, all cribs purchased prior to June 28, 2011 must be replaced no later than December 31, 2012.
